Yellow Rose of Texas Cocktail

Did you know Texas has its own version of the Screwdriver cocktail? If you like tequila and the peach flavor of Southern Comfort, make one of these colorful beauties.

Ingredients:
  • 1 ounce Southern Comfort
  • ½ ounce Tequila
  • 2 ounces orange juice





Preparation:
  1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard and fast.
  2. Immediately strain into an old fashioned glass on the rocks. The drink should still be fizzy.
  3. Makes 1 cocktail.

Note: Use a premuim tequila.
