Avocado Sour Cream
Why settle for just sour cream when you can have avocado sour cream? Two great tastes that taste great together! This is a great sauce over tacos.
Ingredients:
- 2 avocados
- 1 ½ cups sour cream
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco or Cholula sauce, to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives (optional)
Preparation:
- Combine the avocados, sour cream and heavy whipping cream in a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
- Add the salt and pepper sauce. Add fresh chives if desired. Taste and correct for seasoning.
Note: Store in an airtight container until ready to serve. Keeps for about eight hours.
