This champagne sunrise cocktail is delicious, and makes enough for everyone. We make this using a bottle of Paula’s Texas Orange, but other orange liqueurs like Grand Mariner are fine.

Ingredients

1 quart orange juice

2 cups chilled champagne

2 tablespoons orange flavored liquer (Paula’s Texas Orange works great)

2 tablespoons grenadine syrup

2 cups Ice cubes
Instructions
- In a 2-quart pitcher, stir together all ingredients except the ice cubes.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 30 minutes. Add ice cubes to the glass just before serving.
- Makes about 6 cups.
