Mint Sauce for Lamb

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup firmly packed spearmint leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  1. Combine ingredients in saucepan and cook slowly 5 minutes. Baste lamb roast or serve at table.

Note: This mint sauce is also great with ham as well.
