Grilled Flank Steak
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup dry sherry (not cooking sherry)
- 3 tablespoons chinese oyster sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients. Marinate flank steak overnight.
- Grill flank steak for 8 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached, on a medium-low grill.
Note: You can get crystallized ginger from Amazon.com. If you can't get your hands on any, the marinade is fine without it.
