Grilled Flank Steak

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup dry sherry (not cooking sherry)
  • 3 tablespoons chinese oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
Preparation:
  1. Combine all ingredients. Marinate flank steak overnight.
  2. Grill flank steak for 8 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached, on a medium-low grill.

Note: You can get crystallized ginger from Amazon.com. If you can't get your hands on any, the marinade is fine without it.
