Ingredients
- 3-4 pound pork loin roast
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup beer
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and marinate pork roast for several hours or overnight. Remove roast from marinade. Reserve marinade.
- Bake at 250°F for 4 hours, or grill over indirect, low heat (between 225°F and 250°F) to an internal temperature of 160°F.
- Bring reserved marinade to a boil, cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve marinade with roast.
