Graham Cracker Crust
Ingredients:
- 1-2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 22 squares, crushed)
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- dash of cinnamon (optional)
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl, and mix well. Firmly press the crumb mixture evenly into a 9-inch pie plate.
- For frozen pies, the crust need not be baked. For all other pies, bake crust at 350°F for about 8 minutes. Makes one 9-inch crust.
