Crustless Brownie Pie

Everybody loves this pie.

  • 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup canola or other vegetable oil
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • Sweetened whipped cream
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cocoa, flour and baking powder. In another bowl, whisk together both sugars, oil, egg whites, vanilla and chopped pecans until blended. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture, and stir until blended.
  3. Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes. Cool, garnish with whipped cream and serve, or serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
