Cranberry Punch

This punch is both beautiful and delicious. Some folks have been known to add a little vodka.

  • 2 16-ounce cans jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1-1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 28-ounce bottles chilled ginger ale
  1. Beat the cranberry sauce until smooth. Stir in the orange and lemon juice.
  2. Pour cranberry mixture over an ice ring or block in a punch bowl. Resting bottle on rim of the punch bowl, slowly pour in the ginger ale.
  3. Makes just over 3 quarts.
