All-Purpose Marinade II

This marinade works well with red meat, fish and chicken.
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup bourbon, dry sherry or dry red wine
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • freshly ground black pepper
  1. Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate in refrigerator.
  2. To use as a mop sauce during cooking process, triple the amounts.

Ready in: 2 Hours
