All-Purpose Marinade II
This marinade works well with red meat, fish and chicken.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/4 cup bourbon, dry sherry or dry red wine
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- freshly ground black pepper
Preparation:
- Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate in refrigerator.
- To use as a mop sauce during cooking process, triple the amounts.
