Orange Champagne Sunrise

This champagne sunrise cocktail is delicious, and makes enough for everyone. We make this using a bottle of Paula's Texas Orange, but other orange liqeurs like Grand Mariner are fine.

From Lori Grossman's article on champagne.
  • 1 quart orange juice
  • 2 cups chilled champagne
  • 2 tablespoons orange flavored liquer (Paula's Texas Orange works great)
  • 2 tablespoons grenadine syrup
  • 2 cups Ice cubes
In a 2-quart pitcher, stir together all ingredients except the ice cubes. Refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 30 minutes. Add ice cubes to the glass just before serving.

Makes about 6 cups.
