Orange-Glazed Pork Chops
The orange marmalade and maple syrup create a nice final touch to this recipe for pork chops. This was a great dinner served with mashed potatoes and fresh salad.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the pork chops, and brown on each side. Add the orange juice, cover, reduce heat, and simmer 8 to 10 minutes. Turn the pork chops over, cover and cook an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
To serve, drizzle the syrup over the chops and, if desired, spread each thinly with orange marmalade.
Makes 4 servings.
Prep time: 30 minutes; Cooking time: 20 minutes; Total time: 50 minutes
