Grilled Flank Steak

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup dry sherry (not cooking sherry)
  • 3 tablespoons chinese oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
Combine all ingredients. Marinate flank steak overnight.

Grill flank steak for 8 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness is reached, on a medium-low grill.
