Lone Star Steak Sauce

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 drops tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or put through a garlic press
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • salt to taste
Combine all ingredients, and heat until butter melts. Broiler juices from the steak may be added. Serve with steak.
