  • 3-4 pound pork loin roast
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Mix all ingredients and marinate pork roast for several hours or overnight. Remove roast from marinade. Reserve marinade.

Bake at 250°F for 4 hours, or grill over indirect, low heat (between 225°F and 250°F) to an internal temperature of 160°F.

Bring reserved marinade to a boil, cover and simmer for 3 minutes. Serve marinade with roast.
