Fresh Peach Sour Cream Pie
In a medium bowl, combine the sugar, brown sugar, flour and sour cream, blending well. Arrange the peach slices, cut side down, in the pie shell. Pour the cream mixture over the peaches.
Bake at 450°F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325°F, and bake 25 to 30 minutes more. Cool before serving.
