Coconut Macaroons (Kokosnuss Makronen)
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold the sugar, almond extract and coconut into the egg whites. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
