All-Purpose Marinade II

This marinade works well with red meat, fish and chicken.

1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup bourbon, dry sherry or dry red wine
1 teaspoon garlic powder
freshly ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate in refrigerator. May also be used as a mop sauce during cooking process.

Makes about 5 cups.
