All-Purpose Marinade II Recipe

This marinade works well with red meat, fish and chicken.
Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup bourbon, dry sherry or dry red wine
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • freshly ground black pepper
Preparation:
  1. Combine all ingredients and pour over meat. Marinate in refrigerator. May also be used as a mop sauce during cooking process.
  2. Makes about 5 cups.
