Margo's Dip for Fresh Fruit
This is such a wonderful dip for all kinds of fruit -- apple
slices, orange sections, strawberries, grapes, fresh pineapple chunks,
peaches, pears. You can make a beautiful tray for your gathering.
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 7 ounces marshmallow fluff
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- dash of ground ginger
Mix all ingredients and chill.
Note: It doesn't get much easier than this.
