Yellow Fiesta (Post 1986)
aka Yellow Fiestaware

Production
1987 - 2002
by

Yellow was the first new addition to the original five glaze colors in the post86 Fiesta assortment from HLC. Very pale and creamy, yellow ran from 1987-2002. Yellow creates a sunny and warm Southwestern atmosphere that is classic Fiesta. Some prefer the lighter shade to the significantly brighter Sunflower Yellow glaze. (Of course, many people prefer the many pastel colors that were in the line, like Yellow, but have been discontinued for brighter one.) Do you prefer yellow or sunflower yellow?

Since its retirement, collectors actively buy and sell this color.

Collectors and sellers place items from the Yellow Fiesta line for sale every day. Check here for the current list of auctions and But It Now specials.
